Blitz Relay now supports Mirror!
The transport is on GitHub at https://github.com/abdelfattahradwan/blitz-relay-for-mirror and, just like the relay and the other transports, it’s free and open-source (MIT-licensed).
Mirror is the third networking solution Blitz Relay works with, after Fish-Networking and Netcode for GameObjects. The relay itself doesn’t care which one a game uses, so a single instance can serve all three at the same time.
The most interesting part of this one is host migration, since Mirror doesn’t have any. Blitz Relay’s persistent rooms do, though. When the host leaves, the relay keeps the room open and promotes the player who has been in it the longest, and the transport lets the game know so it can start hosting on that player and reconnect everyone else to them. The game state doesn’t carry over, so saving and restoring it is still up to you.
You’ll need Unity 6 or later, the latest Mirror release from GitHub, and Blitz Relay v1.3.1 or later. The README has everything else.
